Do I need to give you access to my Google account?
No. Rankings and reviews on Google Maps are public information. We measure them from outside, the same way a patient sees them. We never ask for your Google password or account access.
How is my ranking measured?
For each of your keywords, we search from 25 points arranged in a 5x5 grid around your clinic and average your position. A single check from your office would flatter you - patients search from home, work and across town.
Which keywords should I track?
Most clinics start with "dentist near me", "dentist [city]", and their highest-value services - implants, cosmetic, emergency, orthodontics. We will suggest a set based on your services; you can change it any time.
When does the report arrive?
Every Monday morning, covering the previous week, with the week before as the comparison.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It is a flat monthly subscription with no contract. Cancel and the reports stop at the end of the paid month.
